The Scenes"
A lot of planning, testing, and hard work
goes into planning a party, as I'm sure you all know. Here in the
"Behind The Scenes"
page, you'll see a little of what goes on here at Oakland Party House when
the party's not going on.

Loud music is hard on fragile ceiling plaster, as we
found out during a "test" of speaker durability at high volumes.
If we had not have tested this prior to partying, the results could've
been disastrous. |

We put all our drinks through a rigorous taste test
here at Oakland Party House. Here, Ryan is portraying the role
of our "Crash drink test dummy" As you can see,
he's been hard at work for hours. |

Approximately 500 feet of various cable runs across our
ceiling. Speaker, CAT5, RCA, co-ax, and electric cable serve as the
backbone for OPH's technological atmosphere. Ryan (left) can be seen
running some speaker wire. Dallas (right) is doing a little ceiling
cleaning and maintenance. |

Sometimes people get sick. Maybe it was something
they ate, maybe they caught something. It could also be possible
that they drank a little too much. Whatever the case, the staff here
at Oakland Party House is dedicated to their safety and well-being, as
shown above.
Heavy traffic causes structural and cosmetic wear and
tear. Here is Ryan doing a little floor upgrade.
Sometimes people are hard to find at Oakland Party
House. Sometimes people sleep in strange places (left). To
help people find their friends, large, highly-visible nametags are placed
on various "mysterious people" (right).
Creepy Crawlers are not welcome at OPH
